I just downloaded Download Songs and it is so mysterious that it looks like it's not doing anything.

Download Songs organizes new downloads and not the files that are already in your computer. We're working on a feature for a future version to organize the files you already have.

Try downloading new files and see what happens.

Download Songs doesn't show up in the Dock. Is it working?

Check the top right of your screen near your wireless signal indicator for a logo that looks like a black arrow pointing down at a round flat disc. Click on that icon to search using Download Songs, check for updates and edit your preferences. It organizes your files automatically without you using this icon to do anything.

We love saving you space.

I downloaded the trial version and it worked great once. Then it started searching using Google and I can't find anything.

We are waiting for Apple to approve a version of the app which searches the internet from our site. Until Apple approves it, the app searches via Google. In the meantime, it works great when you use this URL to search:

Try adding it as a bookmark in your browser.

Download Songs will consolidate the files as usual after you've downloaded them via this URL.

Download Songs isn't searching all of the locations I want to search.

Go to "Download Songs Preferences" in the dropdown menu. Click the little "+" sign under the "Watch these folders" list and add your locations.
